Republic Airways hires paid summer, winter, and fall interns to support the operations at our Indianapolis headquarters in departments such as: Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Flight Operations, Human Resources, Inflight, Information Technology, Safety and Supply Chain.
Our goal is to provide students with quality work experiences in a professional setting while still allowing time to have fun and learn about the aviation industry as a whole! Interns are tasked with challenging projects that contribute to our day-to-day operations.

In addition to facilitating campus visits, mentorships, and event sponsorships, Republic also offers on-campus marketing materials and a Company liaison and RJet Ambassador for our partner schools.
