Congratulations to our 2020 Reach for the Stars recipients

 

At Republic, our people are our most important commitment. Our crew members, our Maintenance team and our corporate Associates do remarkable work, and we recognize that and express appreciation. Often, it is not only management who see our Associates’ great work in action, it’s their peers who can best account for action that is above and beyond.

Reach for the Stars is our Associate recognition program where Associates are encouraged to nominate their colleagues for acts that emulate our BEST Guiding Principles on a daily basis. Over the past year our industry and Company have had to respond to a lot of changes. One thing, though, has remained constant, and that’s our Republic people seeking ways to live out our Guiding Principles no matter what comes their way.
